STEP 2 Install the Counterweight Levers
(a). Before installing the counterweight levers (A11), please cut the securing
strap that holds both handles, then safely lower the handles.
(b). Remove the screws (21) from the connecting end of the handles, then
attach the counterweight levers to the connecting end of the handles using
screws (21).
