4-1. Rotate the cam (30) as shown. Then insert the wave washer (91) and flat washers

(92) onto the axle.

4-2. After installing the washers, slide the cam (30) into place on its mount area.

4-3. Finally, secure the axle cover (73,33) in place. Then apply sticker (10) as shown.

4-4. Cut off the zip tie. Uncurl the cable.

The stopper must rest below the tube as shown.
