CLEARING TOTAL EXERCISE DATA
To clear cumulative exercise data:
1.
Scroll to any Total Steps mode by
PRESSING
the
MODE
key.
2.
PRESS & HOLD
the
RESET
key.
3.
All cumulative data totals will be reset to zero.
SLEEP MODE
To conserve battery life, the Pocket Pedometer will automatically go into SLEEP mode
when inactive for approximately 3 minutes. To reactivate from SLEEP mode,
PRESS
ANY KEY
. All current and cumulative data will be saved.
