Please note:
As the pump can be removed from the pressurised canister, the paint can be stored in there for a short period, just
make sure the canister is completely sealed. Remember to clean the spray nozzle and the pressure hose after
each use, preferably under running water, and then reattach them.
Do not store paint in the canister at sub-zero temperatures, as this can lead to malfunctions.
Maintenance
•
Check that the pump works easily. If there is resistance, remove the pump, unscrew the piston, and apply
silicone grease to the seals and cylinder.
•
Make sure the safety valve is working properly. In case of resistance, unscrew the nut, remove the valve, clean
it and apply some silicone grease. Reassemble, and then tighten the nut.
Troubleshooting
•
Uneven paint application
→
The nozzle is dirty and must be cleaned
•
Hose contains air or paint application was interrupted
→
The suction hose in the container is loose
•
A lack of pressure
→
Clean the pump disc
→
Replace the pump piston seal
→
Apply some silicone grease to the pump

This product was developed to apply lime- and solvent-free, ecologically harmless line marking paint. Do not
use the machine for any other purpose.
•
Children and teenagers must not use the equipment unless supervised by an adult.
•
The person operating the line marking machine is responsible for any third parties who use the equipment.
Please keep a safe distance from people and objects.
•
Store the operating instructions with the appliance.
•
Only use line marking paint.
•
Observe the accident prevention regulations of the responsible trade associations, as well as all safety
instructions. Do not use the equipment carelessly and be aware of your responsibilities when using the
machine.
