Step 1
First, insert the brackets with threaded bushes into the holes provided in the cross bars.
Then screw them together with the swivel castors from underneath using the cap screws.
Step 2
To mount the panel, the coach bolts must first be inserted into the holes using a hammer until the square neck is firmly positioned
in the panel to prevent the bolts from turning. Then attach the panel to the cross bars using the coach bolts, spring lock washers
and lock nuts.
