3. [F3] key: „Fight Gone Bad „time mode
In this workout you move from 17 repeat or interval after a minute countdown. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises
17 rounds. The total time is 17 minutes.
Under the clock screen, press [F3] key to „Fight Gone Bad“ time mode. It will display as follows:
After pressing [OK] button, the first one round enter to one minute countdown mode as showed „01“ on the left screen, In the end
of every minute, the timer will make a sound „Di“. At the end of one round, it will make a sound „Di-Di“. Then go on the second
round „one minute countdown time“ and so forth. The progress will be show as below:
It will beep 3 seconds at the end of the seventeenth round. press any keys to stop alarm. The display will show „17 0:00“.
4. [F4] key: 100 min count up time mode (1/100 seconds display)
Under the clock screen,press [F4 l key to 100 minutes count up timing mode. It will display as follows :
Press [OK] key, the timer will immediately begin counting up from 00:00:00 to 100 min as follows:
It will beep 3 seconds at the end of the third round 5 min training press any keys to stop alarm. The display will show „100.00“.
