Step 1
Start by attaching the 2 fixed castors (3) and the 2 swivel castors (4) to the base
panel (1) (see figure 2).
Please note: Make sure you mount the swivel castors at the same end as the
handlebar (2) (as shown in figure 1).
To mount the castors, first use a hammer to lightly knock the 16 coach bolts (5)
into the pre-drilled holes on the base panel.
Then attach the castors using an SW 13 spanner to secure 16 of the spring lock
washers (7) and 16 hexagon nuts (8).
Step 2
You then need to attach the handlebar (2) to the base panel (1) (see figure 3).
Use a hammer to lightly knock the 4 longer coach bolts (6) into the pre-drilled
holes on the base panel.
Then attach the brackets using an SW 13 spanner to secure the remaining 4
spring lock washers (7) and the 4 hexagon nuts (8).
