INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The auxiliary side connector (ASC) permits the conversion of flange Sporlan
refrigerant distributors to hot gas bypass, hot gas defrost or reverse cycle service.
1.
Remove and discard the nozzle and retainer ring from the convention-
al refrigerant distributor. The ASC should have a Type R nozzle
installed. See Sketch.
2.
The ASC is bolted in place with gaskets between the distributor inlet
and valve outlet.
3.
The auxiliary side connection is made as required by the particular
application.
