EN USE’S MANUAL
1. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can
damage your health. If you do experience any of these conditions
you should consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise
program.
2. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is
designed for adult use only.
3. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover
for our floor or carpet. For safety, the equipment should have at least
0.5 meter of free space all around it.
4. Before using the equipment, check the nuts and bolts are securely
tightened. Some parts like pedals, etc. It’s easy to be ware away.
5. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective com-
ponents whilst assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear
any unusual noise coming from the equipment during use, stop. Do
not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.
6. Wear suitable clothing whilst using the equipment. Avoid wear-
ing loose clothing which may get caught in the equipment or
that may restrict or prevent movement.
7. The equipment has been tested and certified to EN957 under class
H.C.
Suitable for domestic, home use only.

8. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
STEP 1 see figB:
Attach both base frame( 1422) onto main frame(19) use cap nuts(17), arc
washers(16) and carriage bolts(15).
STEP 2 see figC:
Attach seat(4) onto seat post frame(5) use nylock nuts(7) and flat wa-
shers(8).
STEP 3 see fig D:
Insert the seat post frame(5) into the main frame(19) and set to desired
height securing with konb(6).
STEP 4 see fig E
Attach the handle bar(2) onto the back frame(1) use bolts(3) arc washer(16)
and nylock nuts(7). Then, assemble the back frame(1) onto the seat post
frame(5) use nylock nuts(7) flat washer(21) and carriage bolts(20).
STEP 5 see fig F
Contact the sensor line(23) and sensor line(24), then assemble the com-
puter holder frame(9) onto the main frame(19), use nylock nuts(7) flat
washer(8) and bolts(12).
STEP 6 see fig G
Insert the computer(11) into the computer holder frame(9), then contact
the sensor line(10) with the computer(11).
STEP 7 see fig H
Thread the pedal L(18) and pedal R(13) onto the main frame(19).
Now go back recheck and tighten all fixings before using the ma-
chine.

KEY FUNCTION:
• MODE: This key lets you to select and lock on to a particular function you
want.
• CLEAR: Reset the value to zero by pressing the key.
TRYBY PRACY:
1. AUTO ON/OFF:
The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it receives an input
from the speed sensor.
The processor turns off automatically when the speed sensor has no signal
input or no key is pressed for approximately 4 minutes.
2. CLEAR:
The unit can be reset by changing the batteries or pressing the RESET key
for 3 seconds.

: The time of exercise will be displayed by pressing MODE .Key until
brand TMR appear,.

SPEED:
Current speed will be shown by pressing MODE key until brand
DST appear.

DISTANCE:
The distance of each workout will be displayed by pressing
MODE key until brand dst appear.

PULSE
(if have):Users’ current heart rate is displayed in beats per minu-
te(BPM)by pressing MODE key until brand PULSE appear, Place the palms
of you hands on both of the contact pads and wait for 30 seconds for the
most accurate reading

CALORIES:
The calories burned will be displayed by pressing mode key
until brand cal appear.

SCAN:
Automatic display of the following functions in the order shown:
TIME-SPEED- DISTANCE PULSE CALORIES(repeat)
4. BATERIA
• This monitor uses two “AA” or “AG” 13 batteries .You can replace the batte-
ries at the back of the unit.
• When you don’t use the exercise bike for a long time, please take out
the console battery to avoid running out of battery.
• Often clean the exercise bike with clean cloth to keep the clean appe-
arance.
• Regularly check that the elements fastened with nuts and bolts are
correctly tightened.
• Remember regularly to grease moving parts.
• Storing the equipment in a clean and dry environment away from
children.
