IMPORTANT WARNINGS AND
ADVICE
This installation and use manual is an
integral part of the device and must be
kept for future reference.
Unless indicated otherwise, the target
reader of this manual is the operator (staff
member who uses the device on a daily
basis) and the maintenance worker (staff
member
qualified
to
carry
out
the
installation
and/or
maintenance).
The
parts of the manual aimed solely at the
maintenance
worker
are
highlighted
accordingly. Please read the warnings
contained herein carefully before installing
and using the device.
The
term
'product’
refers
to:
the
concentrate (juice or cordial), the term
‘drink’ refers to: the beverage produced
when the product is mixed with cold water.
This device is an instant cold drinks
dispenser
which
works
by
mixing
concentrated products (juice or cordial)
with cold water. The drinks dispensed by
this device are not suitable for bottling
and/or consumption at a later date.
Upon receiving this device, ensure its
identification
code
matches
the
code
specified on the order, which can be found
on all the delivery documents, i.e.
- “device name” followed the progressive
serial number.
This device must be put solely to the use
for
which
it
was
designed.
The
manufacturer cannot be held responsible
for any damage caused by its mishandling.
This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety." e
"Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
This device is not suitable for outdoor use.
This device is not suitable for installation
anywhere it is at risk of being sprayed with
jets of water. This device must be installed
where it can be kept under the supervision
of qualified staff.

THE DEVICE
On opening the device, you will find the
following items:
- this use and service manual,
- EC declaration of conformity.

TIPS FOR TRANPORTATION
To prevent the oil held in the hermetic
compressor running into the cooling circuit, the
device must be carried, stored and handled in
the upright position, following the direction
instructions on the packing. If the device has
been
accidentally
or
intentionally
(for
transportation reasons) kept in any other
position, it must be kept in an upright position
for at least twenty minutes prior to starting so
that the oil flows back into the compressor.
4. TIPS FOR LIFTING
Each device is equipped with special wooden
beds which allow them to be moved using
standard handling and hoisting means.
Caution!!
Never hoist the device alone, always seek the
assistance of another operator.
To prevent damaging the device, all loading and
unloading operations should be carried out with
special care. The device can be lifted, with
either a manual or engine-powered lifting truck,
by positioning the forks in the base section of
the unit.
The
following
manoeuvres
should,
however, always be avoided:
- overturning the device;
- dragging the device with cables or other
means;
- lifting the device by holding onto the sides;
- lifting the device with strapping or cables
- shaking or jerking the device and its packing.
