4. Find the Aluminum Reel Plate Assembly and slide the

aluminum hub over the bearing shaft. The holes must be

aligned between the aluminum bracket and main bearing

shaft. Insert the bolt into the hole. (This fastens the Reel

Plate to the Leg/Bearing Assembly.)
