STEP 1:
1.
First, Connect the hand pulse connectors (

,94) then join Rear Main Frame (
100
)
and Front Main Frame (1) together and use Combination M5 Allen Wrench &
Phillips Head Screw Driver (68) to tighten six 5/16" × 3/4" Button Head Socket Bolts
(32), six 5/16" split washers (35) together with six 5/16" Flat Washers (33).

Locate the Console Mast (2) and slide on the Console Mast Cover (80). Make sure
the cover is facing the correct direction, as shown below, before sliding onto mast.
Install the wiring harness into the bottom of the mast and out the top. Be careful
when installing the console mast to the mainframe so as not to pinch or cut the
wiring harness, damage to the console may occur.
3.
Install the console mast on the mainframe using the 6mm Allen Wrench (92) to
tighten five 5/16" × 3/4" Socket Head Cap Bolt (

), four 5/16" Flat Washers (33),
five 5/16" spilt washes (35) and one 5/16" Curved Washer (34). Snap the Console
Mast Cover (80) in place on the body of the bike.
4.
Connect the 8-Level Knob (130) onto the Console Mast (2) then use Combination
M5 Allen Wrench & Phillips Head Screw Driver (68) to tighten M5 × 20L Phillips
head screws (131), Connect the Handpulse cable (94) and Reed Switch (46) for
the Console (47) and install the console onto the Console Mast (2) using the
Phillips Head Screw Driver (68) to tighten four M5 × 12mm Phillips head screws
(41).
