1. Assembly
You will require one Adjustable wrench and one Rubber Mallet to perform the assembly procedure
of this apparatus.
The Beam Legs and Beam Top are heavy and can be difficult to balance if not held
properly while handling. Two (2) qualified persons are required when assembling
this apparatus.
1. Fully open the shipping crate containing the
Beam Top
.
2. Turn the
Beam Top
upside down on a clean surface (see
Fig.1
). This will
help protect the
Beam Top
from being soiled or damaged during assembly.
Remove the
Backing Plates
and
Hardware
supplied from the crate.
3. Remove the
Low Legs
from their shipping carton. Work with one
Low
Leg
at a time.
4. Slide the
Backing Plate
in
the channel in the bottom of the
Beam Top
(see
Fig. 1
).
5. Assemble the
Low Leg
over top of the bolts of
the Backing Plate
(see
Fig. 1
).
6. Position the
Low Leg
12"
from the end of the
Beam
and securely tighten down the nuts with
your adjustable wrench (see
Fig. 2
).
7. Repeat steps 4 through 6 with the other
Low
Leg
.
