5. By moving the tensioner against the spring force, the blocking pin can be removed;
6. Put the poly-V-belt over the last pulleys (see Picture 10-25 );
7. Check if the poly-V-belt is placed in all grooves of all pulleys;
8. Mount the toothed belt and adjust the bolts (see § 10.6.1 Poly-V-belt steering shaft );
9. Replace the fan and secure it firmly:
- Use a thread sealant (Loctite).
