4.1.4. MANUAL ALL-RED  

 
 
If the situation arrises where there is a need to close the two-way traffic permanently by using a continuous RED phase on both 
MASTER and SLAVE units, the operator must: 
 

1.

 

Move the operational mode knob on the MASTER unit to the position MANUAL ALL-RED  
 

2.

 

Move the operational mode knob on the SLAVE unit to the position FIXED TIME

If the situation arrises where there is a need for a continuous FLASHING AMBER phase on both MASTER and SLAVE units, the 
operator must:

2.

 

Move the operational mode knob on the SLAVE unit to the position FIXED TIME
