4. How to use
One-way driving system
This treadmill is a non-motorized products.
Running belt of this treadmill is designed to facilitate the user to control the speed.And it is
designed to be driven in one direction for the safety.
The one-way driving system provides stability to the user and helps user to ride on or
off safely from the rear of the treadmill.
Therefore
This treadmill must only be ride on or off from the back.
Never ride on or step a foot on the treadmill from the front.
This treadmill is designed curved according to the user's foot movement.
Before getting familiar to this treadmill, always hold the handle to exercise.
Be sure to use the handle when riding on or off the treadmill
