Problem Solving
No sound playback
Check if your operating system has registered the headset as the default audio device.
To do this, go to Start/Settings/Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices and select the
appropriate device for sound playback and output (usually “C-Media Device”).
Override function
Go to Start/Settings/Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices and set the device volume
lower in the properties window.
