Feeder Antennas
The MR200 incorporates dual feeder antennas, offering the security of dual path RF
redundancy. The last 31mm is the active portion of the antenna and should not be cut
or bent over the end of an antenna tube.
During operation the receiver switches between the two antennas. Locating the
antennas in different locations in the boat improves the ability of the receiver to see
the signal in all conditions.

Installing the Antennas
For optimum performance, mount the antennas in an orientation allowing for the best
possible signal reception. Mount one antenna vertically through an antenna tube as
high above the water line as practical. Mount the other antenna horizontally, typically
just under the edge of the deck, using tape to fasten the antenna in place.
Plugging In the Leads
Plug the servo leads into the appropriate servo ports in the receiver noting the polarity
of the servo connector.

Receiver Installation
In gas- and glow-powered boats, the typical practice is to wrap the main receiver in
protective foam for vibration protection and fasten it in place using rubber bands or
hook and loop straps inside the radio box. Alternately, in electric boats, it’s acceptable
to use thick double-sided foam tape to fasten the receiver in place.
Binding
You must bind the MR200 receiver to the transmitter before it will operate. Binding is
the process of teaching the receiver the specific code of the transmitter so it will only
connect to that specific transmitter.
1. To bind an MR200 to a compatible transmitter, insert the bind plug in the
BND/BAT port on the receiver.
2. Power the receiver through any open port. The LED on the receiver should be
flashing, indicating the receiver is in bind mode and ready to be bound to the
transmitter.
Note:
To bind a boat with an electronic speed controller that powers the receiver
through the throttle channel (ESC/BEC), insert the bind plug into the BND
port in the receiver and the throttle lead into the throttle (THR) ports.
3. Move the steering wheel and throttle on a surface transmitter and the sticks on
an aircraft transmitter to the desired failsafe positions, generally low throttle and
neutral steering positions. See the failsafe section for more information about
failsafe.

Empfänger Einbau
In Verbrenner Booten ist es angebracht den Empfänger vibrationsgeschützt in Schaum-
stoff zu wickeln und ihn mit Gummi- oder Klettbändern in der RC Box zu befestigen.
In elektrisch angetriebenen Booten ist es ausreichend, den Empfänger mit geschäumten
doppelseitigen Klebeband zu befestigen.
Feeder Antennen
Der MR200 Empfänger ist mit zwei Feeeder Antennen ausgestattet, die echte duale Pfad
Redundanz liefern. Die letzten 31mm Länge sind der aktive Teil der Antenne und dürfen auf
keinen Fall gekürzt werden.
Während des Betriebes wechselt der Empfang zwischen den beiden Antennen. Sind die bei-
den Antennen an verschiedenen Orten montiert, wird der Empfang unter den verschiedenen
Lagebedingungen erheblich verbessert.
Einbau der Antennen
Für eine optimale Empfangsleistung montieren Sie eine Antenne (Antenne A) vertikal in
einem Antennenröhrchen so hoch wie es möglich ist. Die zweite Antenne (Antenne B)
montieren Sie bitte horizontal über der Wasserlinie unter Deck. Nutzen Sie Klebeband um
die Antenne zu befestigen.
Die Servoanschlüsse
Stecken Sie die Servokabel in die dafür vorgesehenden Buchsen. Achten Sie auf die Po-
larität der Servostecker.
Binden
Sie müssen den MR200 Empfänger mit dem Sender binden um ihn in Betrieb zu nehmen.
Binden ist die Übertagung des gerätespezifischen Codes der sicherstellt, dass von dem
Sender nur dieser Empfänger angesprochen wird.

Um den MR200 Empfänger an einen kompatiblen Sender zu binden, stecken Sie
bitte den Bindestecker in den BND / BAT Anschluß des Empfängers.

Schließen Sie eine Empfängerstromversorgung an. Hierzu können Sie einen beliebigen
Servoanschluß (STR oder THR) nehmen und der Empfänger ist bereit zum binden.
Hinweis:
Um den Empfänger mit einem Fahrtenregler zu binden, der den Empfän-
ger mit Strom versorgt (BEC) stecken Sie bitte den Regler in den Gaskanalanschluß
(THR) und den Bindenstecker in den Bat / Bind Port.

Bringen Sie das Lenkrad und den Gashebel oder die Knüppel einer Flugfernsteuerung in
die gewünschten Failsafe Positionen ( in der Regel Gas Leerlauf und neutrale Lenkung)
