Chapter 4 Facility Net Setup

Configuring Run-Time Settings

Button Descriptions

Load Value button

Click on this button to make your new selections active.

Reset

Resets the instrument.

Enable

Allows the user to enable the instrument. It also, obliquely, indicates 
the current operating status of the instrument. If the instrument is 
disabled, all other controls are grayed out.

Disable

Allows the user to disable the instrument. It also, obliquely, indicates 
the current operating status of the instrument. If the instrument is 
disabled, all other controls are grayed out.

Valid

Use this data to mark the data subsequently collected as valid. This 
can be used to segregate data that is corrupted by tool events such 
as cleaning.

 

Invalid

Marks subsequently collected data as invalid.
