Concise description of the problem
A Spear & Jackson Customer Service Officer will take your call and, in most
cases, will be able to solve your problem over the phone.
If the Spear & Jackson Customer Service Officer is unable to solve the problem,
and you wish to make a warranty claim, you must make the Product available
to Spear & Jackson for inspection and testing. If such inspection and testing
finds no defect in the Product, you must pay Spear & Jackson's usual costs of
service work and testing.
You must bear the cost of the transport of the Product to and from Spear &
Jackson to make the warranty claim, and all insurance of the Product.
