TV wall holder 81-160 cm
(32-63”) 60 kg
Item no. 52 75 06
Pay special attention to your safety when using electric tools (e.g. a drill). You should also heed
the safety instructions in corresponding operating instructions.
Make sure there are no persons in the area under the TV wall holder or the TV set while you carry
out the installation.
Please observe the images on the attachment sheet in these operating instructions.
Preparation of the TV set
• It is usually necessary to remove the TV set’s base before mounting the device on a TV holder. For this purpose,
observe the operating instructions for your TV set.
• Put the TV set
fl
at down on a soft and clean underlay, the display side facing downwards. Do not apply pressure
onto the display. Protect valuable furniture surfaces during installation by using a suitable pad or cloth.
• Remove the present base of the TV set. Depending on the TV set, this base is either screwed on or clipped in.
Image 2
• Choose the position and the height of the mounting frame at the mounting location.
• Align the mounting frame horizontally using the integrated water level.
• Draw the required boreholes on the mounting surface. In this process, use the mounting frame as a template.
• Drill the required holes and put the suitable dowels in the boreholes (B or special dowels).
• Screw the mounting frame tightly using suitable screws (A or screws matching the dowels) and washers (C).
Image 3
• Attach the two mounting brackets to the back of your TV set using suitable screws (D-F) and washers (C or J).
• When mounting the brackets, make sure the openings of the bracket hooks face towards the TV set’s underside,
and the screw heads for the inclination adjustment point outwards.
When
fi
xing the mounting brackets, make absolutely certain that you use the correct screws. Not
only must these be of the correct thread type for the TV set, but they must also not be too long;
otherwise they will damage the TV set.
The screws must not be too short, however, since otherwise the connection will not be secure.
The screws must be screwed into the screw thread on the TV set with at least 5 full 360° turns.
If you have any doubt about the correct length of the screws required, we recommend that you
contact the TV manufacturer or an appropriate specialist.
• Do not apply force when screwing tight, otherwise you may damage the TV set and void your warranty.
• Should your TV set have a curved back or should the wall distance have to be increased for any other reason, you
can insert distance pieces (K or L) between TV set and mounting brackets. In this case, you have to use longer
screws (G-I) for the fastening.
• Fully screw open the safety screws on the bottom side of the brackets so that you can insert the brackets into the
pro
fi
le of the mounting frame without any problem.
Image 4
• Lift the TV set with the mounted brackets and place it onto the mounting frame from the top. To this end, the upper
side of the TV set has to be inclined slightly towards the wall.
• The upper openings of the mounting brackets must be inserted neatly into the pro
fi
le of the mounting frame.
• Center the TV set on the frame and tilt it until it touches the bottom part of the mounting frame.
• Screw in the safety screws on the lower openings of the brackets in order to secure the TV set on the mounting
frame.
Image 5
• Slightly loosen the screws of the inclination adjustment (3) using the wrenches enclosed (M and N) and adjust the
desired inclination angle as shown in the image.
• Re-tighten the screws of the inclination adjustment after this adjustment.
Maintenance and Care
The product does not have to be serviced and, except for occasional cleaning with a soft, dry cloth, requires no
maintenance whatsoever.
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as these may damage the surface of the case.

The exclamation mark symbol indicates that important information is included in these operating
instructions.
The arrow symbol indicates tips and notes
• A TV wall holder is not a toy. Keep the device out of the reach of children.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may become a dangerous plaything for children.
• Selecting an unsuitable installation location can lead to personal or material damage.
• Proceed with care when assembling and installing the product. The product may have sharp edges. There is a risk
of injury!
• Carry out only the work on the TV wall holder that is necessary in order to install it (or to adjust it). Never perform
any conversion or repair work.
• Before beginning the installation process, check whether there are appropriate mounting options for a TV wall holder
on the back of the TV set.
• Depending on the size and design of the TV set and TV wall holder concerned, it is sensible for a second person to
help with the installation. This person can hold the TV set while you are attaching the TV set to the wall holder.
• Apply your full concentration when carrying out the installation, because if the TV set and TV wall holder were to fall,
this could cause expensive damage to the equipment and there is the potential danger of personal injury!
• Lay all the TV set’s cables in such a way that they do not get jammed or kinked in the monitor holder.
• Check all the screw
fi
ttings from time to time. Adjusting the position of the TV set and/or the wall holder and moving
them can sometimes cause the screws to become loose over time.
• Do not apply force when adjusting/moving the TV set or the TV wall holder. The TV set may get damaged from it.
• When moving/adjusting the TV set or the wall holder, do not press on the TV set’s screen.
• Do not overload the TV wall holder. Pay attention to the details provided by the manufacturer for the maximum TV
set weight and/or its size.
• Do not use the TV wall holder to support yourself or to hold onto.
•
Do not
fi
x any objects to the TV wall holder other than the TV set for which it was intended.
• In case of doubt, do not carry out the installation yourself. Let an expert carry out the installation.
Installation
Wall-mounting is permissible only where the wall concerned is of the correct type and condition.
Lightweight partition walls or those made from gypsum boards are normally unsuitable. However,
specialist retailers do sometimes stock special dowel
fi
ttings for such installation locations. If
you are in doubt, ask a specialist before installation.
Depending on the base wall material (e.g. concrete), suitable mounting materials must be used
(screws, dowels, etc.). The dowel screws enclosed are only suitable for solid walls. Special dow-
els and screws are not normally supplied with the TV wall holder and they have to be bought
separately, depending on the type and condition of the wall.
Due to the weight of the TV set and TV wall holder and the lever action involved, ensure that
screws are
fi
xed securely.
Plan the installation location carefully, so that the TV wall holder with the TV set
fi
xed to it will be
situated at the correct location (height and position) when you have
fi
nished.
Pay attention when drilling and tightening the screws that no cables or pipes in the wall are
damaged. Inadvertently drilling through electric cables causes the life-threatening danger of an
electric shock!
