Assemble the Base

INSTALL THE STRUTS ONTO THE BASE

Attach the flat ends of each tank

strut (10) to the oval pole using

the bolt (11), washers (12),

spacers (46), and nuts (13).

WARNING

TIGHTEN THE BOLT (11) IN THE LOCK NUT (13) UNTIL IT IS FLUSH (EVEN) WITH THE OUTER EDGE OF THE NUT.

Align the base support frame

(39) under the base (1).

Rotate the non-secured angled

ends of the struts (10) to align

with the base and base support

frame (39).

Secure the tank struts (10) and

base support frame (39) to

the base using the bolts (15),

washers (12), and nuts (16).
