Select [LOAD Optimal Defaults] 

Select the “LOAD Optimal Defaults” menu and press [OK] to load the 
BIOS optimal setup. 

Step3. 

Select [Save Changes and Exit] 

Select the “Save Changes and Exit” menu and press [OK] to save the new 
configuration to the CMOS memory, and continue the boot sequence.
