CPU Core Voltage Adjust (VJ1)

In case your CPU is running on a frequency higher then it is specified for,
increasing its core voltage can enhance its stability. Over-clocking your CPU
does however force your system to operate outside of its specifications, and
therefore SOYO can not guarantee system stability.
