GUARANTY
Over a period of 36 months from the date of first purchase by the
consumer, in accordance with the RDL 1 / 2007, Energy Sistem
Soyntec SA will be held liable for any lack of conformity that exists at
the time of delivery of goods in the terms and under the conditions of
the rule.
The special 36-month guaranty is valid only inside the European Union.
For other countries, consult the legislation or your local distributor.
In the event that the product is not under contract, and upon delivery
receipt or invoice, the buyer acknowledges the right to either repair,
replace the item, obtain a subsidiary reduction of the price or terminate
the contract in accordance with that Standard.
