WARRANTY
Normal warranty applies only if the product has been used in correct conditions.
Excluding interventions of maintenance described in the section MANITENANCE and followed
by the procedure indicated, any repair or modification made to the product by the user of by
unauthorized companies will cause the warranty to lapse.
The warranty does not extend to damages caused by inexperience or negligence in the use of this
product, or by poor or neglect maintenance.
The warranty is valid for a period of 12 or 24 months depending upon the buyer (juridical or
private).
The manufacturer assumes responsibility to replace at its discretion the parts malfunctioning or
incorrectly manufactured, only after checked carefully and evidence of poor construction.
The cost of transport and/or shipment are always charged to the buyer in case of incorrect use
of the terms of guarantee.
During the warranty period the components replaced become property of the manufacturer.
The warranty does not over damages deriving from excessive stress, such as the use of the prod -
uct after the detection of an anomaly, the use of unsuitable operating methods and the failure to
observe the instructions for use and maintenance.
The manufacturer does not assume responsibility for eventual difficulties that may arise in resale
or use abroad due to the provisions in force in the country where the product was sold.
A faulty product must be returned to the manufacturer to resolve the problem, in case of the
contrary the part replaced will be debited to the buyer.
Authorized assistance for any problem will be followed out by the manufacturer directly, Water
Powered srl or a technician authorized by the said company.
ENVIROMENTAL NOTICE
The possibility to reuse any part of this product is totally subject to all responsibility of
the use.
The label carried the symbol indicated on D.Lgs. n.49 from the 14th March 2014 which
transposes the directive 2012/19 UE. In which indicates the necessary disposal of the
product for environmental protection. Do not dispose in household waste, but recycle in the
specific part for electrical waste collection at points provided.

Water Powered srl declares that this device complies with the essential requirements and rele -
vant provisions of the following directives and standards:
• Directive 2014/35/UE noted as “Low Tension Directive”
• Directive 2014/30/UE noted as “Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive”
• Directive 2011/65/CE noted as “RoHS”
• Directive 2012/19/UE noted as “RAEE”
• Directive 2001/95/CE noted as “General Safety of Products”
