Fitting the handle
Slide the upper handle over the two handle extensions until
the holes are lined up, then secure using the nuts and screws
provided (see Fig. A).
Align the two holes on one of the handle extensions with
those on the lower handle. Secure them together using the
nuts and screws provided. Repeat the process with the other
handle extension (see Fig. B1, B2 and B3).
