320 CC QUICK SET-UP (24 UP LAYOUT ON 12x18) 

For quick and easy use of the 320CC, have your layout match all the 

measurements of the image above. Those are the measurements of where the 

320CC is going to make its cuts. 

Hints: 

Pressing (Set Parameter) button takes you to the next option 

Pressing (Mode Changeover) button switches modes or, if in a parameter set 

adjustment it takes you back to the idle screen 

Pressing (+,-) buttons changes the values or option in parameter set mode, and 

starts and stops run in idle mode. 

Recommended that you test a sheet with all parameters settings at 0 and go 

from there 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1- Turn on power 

2- Press (Mode Changeover) button until LCD screen reads 3.5x2 

3- Press (Set Parameter) button, Select number of cards to cut 

 

a. Use (+,-) to pick value (goes in steps of 24) 

4- Press (Set Parameter) button, select datum or frontal edge 

 

a. Datum will read register mark 

 

b. Frontal edge reads lead edge of sheet 

5- Press (Set Parameter) to adjust first cut (it will ask for adjustment on datum 

and frontal edge, only adjust the parameter for the option chosen in step 3) 

 

a. Use (+,-) to adjust value so first cut is in proper position 

6- Press (Set Parameter) to adjust card length 

 

a. Use (+,-) to adjust the length of finished cards 

7- Press (Set Parameter) to adjust gutter length
