Turn Your Device On and Off
The instructions below explain how to turn your device on and off, or to restart your device
if
it cannot be powered on and off
using the
Power
button.

Turn Your
Device On
2. Press and hold the
Power
button until the device displays "Welcome".

2. Press and hold the
Power
button until the device displays"Goodbye" Your device will
power off
Restart Your Device
If your device will not turn on or off using the Power button, remove and re-insert the battery
(see the section "Insert the Battery"), then press and hold the power button again.
Note
: Restarting your device does not reset the device settings.
