1-7-6. Focus Adjustment of Peripheral Area
When attaching the optional lens VPLL-Z4007 to this unit, in addition to performing the adjustment of
screen focus, also perform the focus adjustment of the peripheral area.
1. Project the image and adjust the screen size using the zoom lever.
2. Rotate the peripheral focus ring so that it is located almost at the center of the movable range.
3. Adjust the focus of the screen center portion using the focus lever.
4. Adjust the focus of the peripheral area of screen by rotating the peripheral focus ring.

If the peripheral area of screen is out of focus even though the peripheral focus ring is rotated, per-
form the adjustment by using the spacer inside of the adaptor. (Refer to “If the peripheral area is out
of focus”.)
5. Check that the screen center portion is in focus.
6. If it is out of focus, repeat steps 3 and 4.
