How to enter the advanced user mode

The Main version can be checked in the same procedure as described in the “How to enter the service
mode”.
1. Press the
[MENU]
button.
The menu appears.
2. Set the Status to “On” in the Operation menu.
3. Press
the
[MENU]
button to close the MENU.
4. Press the buttons in the following order:
[)]
→
[(]
→
[ENTER]
→
[*]
The message “Do you want to enter the Advanced User Mode?
[Yes] [No]
” appears.
Select
[Yes]
and press the
[ENTER]
button.

The advanced user mode is the mode to display a part of menu displayed in the service mode. For dis-
play or non-display of each item, refer to Section 2-7.
How to exit the service mode
Perform the button operations in accordance with step 4.
The message “Do you want to return to the User Mode?
[Yes] [No]
” appears.
Select
[Yes]
and press the
[ENTER]
button.
How to enter the model name display (shop demonstration) mode
1. Set the “Status” to “On” in the “Setup” MENU.
2. Close the menu by pressing
[MENU]
button if the menu is displayed.
3. Press the buttons in the following order in 5 seconds:
[ENTER]
→
[(]
→
[)]
→
[ENTER]
Demonstration mode screen is displayed.

Even if the message “Not applicable!” is displayed, ignore it. If the button operations failed, wait for
at least 6 seconds since the last button is pressed, and perform the button operations again.
4. Select “Model Name Display”.

To exit the Model Name Display mode, perform step 3. “Demonstration mode screen” is displayed. Select
“Off”.
