To change the keyboard layout

Click

Start

and then

Control Panel

In the

Control Panel

window, double-click the

Regional and Language Options

icon.

If you do not see this icon, click

Switch to Classic View

on the left side.

In the

Languages

tab of the

Regional and Language Options

window, click the

Details

button.

The

Text Services and Input Languages

window appears.

In the

Settings

tab of the

Text Services and Input Languages

window, select your keyboard from the

Default input

language

drop-down menu.

If your keyboard is not available, click the

Add

button.

The

Add Input Language

window appears.

Select the input language and keyboard from the drop-down menu.

Click the

button to close the

Add Input Language

window.

Click the

button to close the

Regional and Language Options

window.
