Upgrading Your VAIO Computer

Removing and Installing a Memory Module

To change or add a memory module

Shut down the computer and turn off all peripheral devices.

Remove the back panel cover (1), unplug the computer, and then disconnect all peripheral devices.

Wait until the computer cools down.

Remove the back panel cover (1).
