Notes
• If any printouts have been ejected on the paper
tray, remove them first before removing the paper
tray.
• If there is a piece of paper that has been sent out
halfway from the paper tray, slowly pull it back
into the paper tray.

Remove the jammed paper.
If you find a piece of paper jammed around
the paper outlet:
Pull the jammed paper toward you slowly.
If you find a piece of paper jammed near the
bottom:
To pull out the jammed paper, proceed as follows.

Remove the tray guide cover.

Pull out the jammed paper toward you slowly.

Re-insert the tray guide cover as it was.

Re-insert the paper tray into the printer.
Notes
• Discard the sheets removed in step 2.
• Ensure that the paper is properly loaded.

Press the EXEC button.
The error message disappears and the printer
returns to the standby status.
