You can set the clock at the 00 second point.

After setting the date and time, press PAUSE to
return to the normal display.
Set the clock to the current time and date on the
monitor screen. For Daylight Saving Time, proceed the
steps in “Adjusting to Summer Time” on page 11 first.
Example:
Set the date and time to 15:20 on 15 October, 1997.

Turn on the power of the equipment to be used.

The first display shows 1 January, 2000.
