Watching TV
Selecting a Channel
You can select a channel using:
• the PROG +/– buttons
• a complete channel list (Programme List)
• a pre-selected channel list (Favourite List)
• the GUIDE (see page 23)
The Programme List display allows you to select
a channel from a scrollable list of all available TV
and radio channels.

Press PROG LIST.
The scrollable channel list appears.
Press
M

m
to scroll the list. Or press
/
to go to the previous/next page.

Select the channel you want to watch or
listen to, and press ENTER.
You can list up your favourite TV or radio
channels, and select the channel from the list
display.
If you have not made a Favourite List, see
“Making your own Favourite List” below first.

Notes
• To select a channel not on the Favourite Lists, press
FAVOURITE to turn off the list, and press PROG
LIST to select the channel from the Programme List
(page 19).
• After step 3, the PROG +/– buttons select only the
channels on the Favourite List. To return the button’s
status, press PROG LIST to display the Programme
List, then select a channel and press ENTER.
