高所への設置は、設置部および使用する取り付け部材（付属品を除く）が、本機

と取り付け金具を含む重量に充分耐えられる強度があることをお確かめの上、
確実に取り付けてください。充分な強度がないと落下して大けがの原因とな
ります。
落下事故防止のため、付属ワイヤーロープは必ず取り付けてください。

高所へ設置した場合は、

年に一度は取り付けがゆるんでいないことを点検し

てください。また、使用状況に応じて点検の間隔を短くしてください。
設置する前に
カメラの撮影方向を決めてから、天井にジャンクションボックス、接続ケー
ブル用の各穴を開けておきます。

接続ケーブルは、シーリングブラケット（

）の中を通して配線できません。天井
の本体後部の位置に、配線用の穴が必要です。
設置のしかた

Installation
Installing the Camera on a Desk
Place the camera on a flat surface.
If you have to place the camera on an inclined surface, make sure that the
inclination is less than ±15 degrees to guarantee pan/tilt performance, and take
measures to prevent it from falling.
Notes
Do not grasp the camera head when carrying the camera.
ˎ
Do not turn the camera head by hand. Doing so may result in a camera
ˎ
malfunction.
Attaching the Camera to a Tripod
Use a screw with a protruding length from the mounting surface (
) specified in
for the tripod screw hole and tighten the screw firmly with a screwdriver.
Caution
Installation of the camera using the tripod screws and screw holes should not be
done for installation on a ceiling or a shelf, etc., in a high position.
Installing the Camera Using the M3 Fixing Screw Holes
Attach the camera using 3 M3 fixing screw holes located on the bottom of the
camera. Use the M3 fixing screws with a protruding length from the mounting
surface (
) specified in
. Attach the camera to a fitting with a flat surface using
the M3 screws and tighten them firmly.
Installing the unit on the ceiling
Using the ceiling bracket (A, B), wire rope, and retaining screws supplied, you can
utilize existing junction boxes, etc., to attach the camera to the ceiling.
When you install the unit, always install it on a level ceiling. If you have to install
it on a sloping or uneven ceiling, make sure that the place where you install it is
within ±15 degrees of the horizontal.
Cautions
Entrust installation to an experienced contractor or installer when installing
ˎ
the unit on ceilings or other high locations.
When installing the unit in a high location, be sure that the location and
ˎ
installation components (excluding the supplied accessories) are strong
enough to support the unit and the mounting bracket, and install the unit
securely. If the components are not strong enough, the unit may fall and cause
serious injury.
Always install the supplied wire rope to prevent the unit from falling.
ˎ
If you install the unit in a high location, check periodically, at least once a year,
ˎ
to ensure that the connection has not loosened. If conditions warrant, make
this periodic check more frequently.
Before installation
After deciding the direction in which the camera will shoot, make the required
holes for the junction box, and connecting cables.
Note
The connecting cables cannot be passed through ceiling bracket (A). A hole for
the wiring is required in the ceiling at the back of the unit where it is attached to
the ceiling.
Installation

Attach the wire rope to the junction box in the ceiling.
Use a screw hole and a screw (not supplied) in the junction box to attach the
wire rope.

If the wire cannot be attached to the junction box, attach to the position
on the ceiling bracket (B) in the illustration.

Attach the ceiling bracket (B) to the junction box on the ceiling.
Align the holes in the bracket with those in the junction box, and use
appropriate screws (not supplied).
There are elongated holes for the screws along the rounded edges of the
ceiling bracket (B). Later, the front of the camera will be positioned along this
edge. Face the camera to the front, adjust the aim, and attach it securely.

Attach the ceiling bracket (A) to the bottom of the camera using the 3
screws (M3 × 8) supplied.
Align the screw holes (M3) on the bottom of the camera with those in the
ceiling bracket (A), and attach the bracket to the camera.
Tighten the screws a bit at a time in the numbered order shown in the
illustration.
After all of the screws are inserted and temporarily tightened properly,
securely tighten each one in turn.
Note
For assembly, use only the screws supplied with the unit. Using other screws
may damage the unit.

Attach the wire rope to the ceiling bracket (A) using the supplied screws
(M3 × 8).

Insert the protrusions raised on the ceiling bracket (A) into the spaces
prepared in the ceiling bracket (B), and temporarily attach them by
pushing the ceiling bracket (A) to the rear.

While pushing up on the front part of the camera, attach it using the 3
screws (M3 × 8) supplied, starting with the screw at position
.

Connect the cables to the connectors on the rear of the camera.
Note
Take the proper steps to ensure that the load of the cables connected does
not cause problems.

Change the Eflip function to match with the ceiling installation setting
via a Web browser.
Note
When the Eflip function setting is changed, the preset settings are initialized.
When installing, set the Eflip function setting before presetting. Refer to the
User’s Guide for details.
Removing the camera

Remove the 3 screws used to attach the camera in step 7 of “Installation.”

While pushing the entire camera up towards the ceiling, move the
camera to the front.
The hooks will disengage, and you can remove the camera.

Instalación

paratecho (B) según se indica en la ilustración.

Fije el soporte para techo (B) a la caja de conexiones en el techo.
Alinee los orificios del soporte con los de la caja de conexiones y utilice los

Observe que hay orificios más grandes para los tornillos en los bordes

Installation
Installation de la caméra sur un bureau
Placez la caméra sur une surface plane.
Si vous devez placer la caméra sur une surface inclinée, assurez-vous que
l’inclination est inférieure à ±15 degrés afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement
des opérations de panoramique/inclinaison, et prenez les mesures nécessaires
pour éviter qu’elle ne tombe.
Remarques
Ne saisissez pas la caméra par la partie supérieure (tête) lorsque vous la

transportez.
Ne faites pas pivoter la tête de la caméra avec vos mains, car cela risquerait de
ˎ
provoquer un dysfonctionnement.
Installation de la caméra sur un trépied
Pour le trou de la vis du trépied, utilisez une vis qui possède la longueur saillante
par rapport à la surface de montage (
) spécifiée en
et serrez-la fermement à
l’aide d’un tournevis.
Attention
N’utilisez pas les vis de trépied et les trous de vis lorsque vous installez la caméra
en hauteur, notamment au plafond, sur une étagère, etc.
Installation de la caméra via les trous de vis de fixation M3
Fixez la caméra à l’aide des 3 trous pour vis de fixation M3, situés sur le dessous
de l’appareil. Utilisez les vis de fixation M3 qui possèdent la longueur saillante
par rapport à la surface de montage (
) spécifiée en
. Fixez la caméra à un
support à surface plane à l’aide des vis M3 et serrez-les convenablement.
Installation de la caméra au plafond
Grâce au support de montage au plafond (A, B), au câble métallique et aux vis de
fixation fournis, vous pouvez utiliser les boîtes de jonction existantes, etc, pour
fixer la caméra au plafond.
Veillez à toujours installer la caméra sur un plafond à niveau. Si vous devez
l’installer sur un plafond irrégulier ou incliné, assurez-vous que l’emplacement
d’installation se trouve à ±15 degrés maximum par rapport au plan horizontal.
Attention
Si vous souhaitez installer la caméra en hauteur ou sur un plafond, confiez
ˎ
l’installation à un installateur expérimenté.
Lorsque vous installez la caméra en hauteur, vérifiez que l’emplacement et les
ˎ
composants d’installation (à l’exception des accessoires fournis) sont
suffisamment solides pour supporter le poids de la caméra et du support de
montage, et installez la caméra correctement. Si les composants ne sont pas
assez solides, la caméra risque de tomber et de blesser gravement quelqu’un.
Veillez à toujours installer le cordon métallique fourni pour éviter que la
ˎ
caméra ne tombe.
Si vous installez la caméra en hauteur, vérifiez régulièrement (au moins une
ˎ
fois par an) l’état de l’installation. Si les conditions le permettent, effectuez
cette vérification plus souvent.
Avant d’installer la caméra
Après avoir décidé du sens de prise de vue de la caméra, percez les trous
correspondants pour installer la boîte de jonction et les câbles de connexion.
Remarque
Il est impossible de faire passer les câbles de connexion par le support de
montage au plafond (A). Pour faire passer les câbles de connexion, vous devez
percer un trou dans le plafond où sera inséré l’arrière de la caméra.
Installation

Fixez le cordon métallique à la boîte de jonction au plafond.
Utilisez l’un des trous de vis et l’une des vis (non fournies) de la boîte de
jonction pour fixer le cordon métallique.

S’il est impossible de fixer le cordon métallique à la boîte de jonction,
fixez-le à la position du support de montage au plafond (B) indiquée
dans l’illustration.

Fixez le support de montage au plafond (B) à la boîte de jonction au
plafond.
Alignez les trous du support sur ceux de la boîte de jonction et assemblez les
deux pièces à l’aide des vis appropriées (non fournies).
Le support de montage au plafond (B) dispose de trous de forme oblongue le
long des bords arrondis. La partie avant de la caméra sera plus tard
positionnée le long de ce bord. Placez la caméra de face, réglez la visée et
fixez la caméra correctement.

Fixez le support de montage au plafond (A) au bas de la caméra à l’aide
des 3 vis (M3 × 8) fournies.
Alignez les trous des vis (M3) du dessous de la caméra sur ceux du support
pour plafond (A) et fixez le support à la caméra.
Serrez partiellement les vis dans l’ordre indiqué dans l’illustration.
Une fois toutes les vis insérées et partiellement serrées, serrez-les à fond dans
l’ordre indiqué.
Remarque
Pour l’assemblage, utilisez uniquement les vis fournies avec la caméra.
L’utilisation d’autre vis risque d’endommager la caméra.

Fixez le câble métallique au support de montage au plafond (A) à l’aide
des vis fournies (M3 × 8).

Insérez les protubérances du support de montage au plafond (A) dans
les espaces prévus à cet effet sur le support de montage au plafond (B),
puis fixez les deux pièces temporairement en poussant le support de
montage au plafond (A) vers l’arrière.

Tout en poussant vers le haut la partie avant de la caméra, fixez-la à
l’aide des 3 vis fournies (M3 × 8), en commençant par la vis située à la
position

Raccordez les câbles aux connecteurs situés à l’arrière de la caméra.
Remarque
Prenez les mesures nécessaires pour vous assurer que la charge des câbles
raccordés ne pose pas problème.

Modifiez la fonction Eflip pour la faire correspondre au réglage
d’installation au plafond via un navigateur Web.
Remarque
Une fois que le réglage de la fonction Eflip a été modifié, les réglages
prédéfinis sont initialisés. Au moment de l’installation, définissez le réglage
de la fonction Eflip avant de procéder aux préréglages. Pour plus

Retrait de la caméra

Retirez les 3 vis utilisées pour fixer la caméra à l’étape 7 de la section
« Installation ».

Déplacez la caméra vers l’avant tout en poussant l’ensemble vers le
plafond.
Les crochets se dégagent et vous pouvez retirer la caméra.
