Meetings With the Multipoint Function

Chapter 6

Select [

Dial], then press the joystick down. Or press the

CONNECT/DISCONNECT button on the Remote
Commander.

The telephone number of the remote party selected in step

is dialed, and “

Dialing (ISDN)” is displayed on the

monitor screen. When the connection is established with
the far end, “You can start the conference..” is displayed.

Calling a previously registered remote party

Press the PHONE BOOK button on the Remote
Commander.

The Phone Book menu appears.

Select a previously registered remote party using the Phone
Book menu, then press the joystick down.

A submenu appears.

Select [

ON], then press the joystick down.

The

mark is displayed in the upper left corner of the

remote party list item.
You can attach a

mark to up to three remote locations

entered in steps 2 and 3 above. You can confirm that the

mark has been attached to the remote locations on the

menu.

Tip

You can switch back and forth between ON and OFF using
the button on the Remote Commander.
