Step 4: Attaching the handle, microphone and
grip

The handle is attached to the camcorder at
the factory.

Slide the handle into the
accessory shoe in the direction of
the arrow.

While pressing the screw down,
turn it clockwise to fasten the
handle.

Removing the handle

Remove the handle using the reversed
procedure for attaching.

Tips

• The screw holes of the handle are for 1/4-

20UNC screws (22 mm in length).

Remove the handle, and fully insert the
