Notes

• Output resolution depends on the settings of [HDMI/COMPONENT].

• Use an HDMI cable with the HDMI logo.
• Images are not output from the HDMI OUT jack of your camcorder, if copyright protection signals are 

recorded in the movies.

• Images and sounds may not be reproduced correctly on some monitors or TVs. 
• Do not connect the output jacks of the camcorder with the output jacks of the monitor or TV. A 

malfunction may be caused.

• When 24p or 30p of frame rate is selected in [

REC FORMAT], progressive signals are converted to 

interlace signals by the pull-down system to be output.

• During recording with [

REC FORMAT] set to [1080/60p PS], the camcorder does not output 720p 

or 480p signals. Therefore, if [HDMI/COMPONENT] is set to [720p/480i] or [480p], the screen of the 
connected device becomes blank, until you change the setting.

• If you display the edit screen while outputting signals to a TV or monitor, the menu may not be displayed 

correctly.

• This camcorder is not compatible with “BRAVIA” sync.
