To make a Party Guest leave the
Wireless Party Chain
Press W.PARTY CHAIN on the Party
Guest you want to leave. In this case,
the rest of the Wireless Party Chain
will remain active.
Note
When you switch to a different function
or turn off a particular Party Guest, that
Party Guest leaves the Wireless Party
Chain connection.
Synchronization of settings in a
Wireless Party Chain
When a Wireless Party Chain has
been established, the following
settings on the Party Host and Party
Guests are changed:
•
—The Mega Bass settings on the
Party Guests are synchronized
with the Party Host.
•
—The Party Light settings on the
Party Guests are synchronized
with the Party Host.
•
—DJ Effect on both the Party Host
and Party Guests is turned off.
•
—Karaoke setting (Vocal Fader, Key
Control and Voice Changer) on
both the Party Host and Party
Guests is turned off.
•
—The Sound Field settings return
to the defaults on both the Party
Host and Party Guests.
If the settings below are changed
on the Party Host, the settings
on the Party Guests will change
correspondingly.

—Mega Bass setting
•
—Party Light setting
When the volume on the Party Host
is increased, the volume on the
Party Guests increases as well, and
vice-versa.
When the Party Host is turned off, all
the Party Guests also turn off.
Listening to music
wirelessly with two
systems (Speaker Add
function)
To use this function, two MHC-V41D
systems are required.
By connecting two systems via
BLUETOOTH wireless technology,
you can enjoy music more
dynamically. You can also select
between the double mode (in which
the two systems play the same
sound) and the stereo mode (stereo
sound) for audio output.
In the following steps, the
two systems are described as
“System

” (or “Host system”) and
“System

” (or “Guest system”).

to use “Sony | Music Center” on your
smartphone/iPhone. For details on

Before using the Speaker Add function,
make sure that the smartphone is
already connected to System

. If the
system is not connected, connect it
to the smartphone. (See “Pairing this
system with a BLUETOOTH device”
(page 41).)
