Scanning the tracks

— Intro Scan

You can play the first 10 seconds of all the
tracks on the currently selected disc.

During playback, press

(SHIFT)

, then

press

(3)

(PLAY MODE) repeatedly until

“Intro” appears.

Press

(4)

(

) to select “Intro on”.

Intro Scan starts.

Press

(SHIFT)

To go back to the normal playback mode,
select “Intro off” in step 2 above.

Playing tracks repeatedly

— Repeat Play

You can select:
• Repeat 1 to repeat a track.
• Repeat 2 to repeat a disc.

During playback, press

(SHIFT)

Press

(REP) repeatedly until the

desired setting appears.

Repeat 1

Repeat 2

Repeat off

Repeat Play starts.

Press

(SHIFT)

To go back to the normal playback mode,
select “Repeat off” in step 2 above.

CD/MD Unit

Playing tracks in random
order

— Shuffle Play

You can select:
• Shuf 1 to play the tracks on the current disc

in random order.

• Shuf All to play all the tracks in random

order (for CD unit(s) only).

During playback, press

(SHIFT)

Press

(7)

(SHUF) repeatedly until the

desired setting appears.

Shuf 1

Shuf All

Shuf off

Shuffle Play starts.

“Shuf All” is available for CD unit(s) only.

Press

(SHIFT)

To go back to the normal playback mode,
select “Shuf off” in step 2 above.
