2. Adjusting Method
1)
Select the “HVL-F56AM/5600HS(D)” from the pull down menu of the flash adjustment program, then click the
[Connect]
button.
Note:
Click the
[End]
button to terminate the flash adjustment program.
2)
When checking message window “You select HVL-F56AM/5600HS(D)” appears, click the
[Yes]
button.
The adjustment menu will appear as shown in Fig. 5-3-3.
Note:
Click the
[Exit]
button to disconnect the USB connection of PC.

Click the
[Charge Voltage Adj.]
button.

Start the charge of the flash.
Note:
When the flash is already on full charge, push the test-flash button to fire the flash.

Click the
[250V Adj.]
button of the adjustment menu when the voltage indicated on the digital multimeter reaches “250 V”.
6)
Change the current output of the DC power supply to “0.5 A” to slow down the charging speed.
7)
Click the
[305V Adj.]
button of the adjustment menu when the voltage indicated on the digital multimeter reaches “305 V”.
8)
Click the
[330V Adj.]
button of the adjustment menu when the voltage indicated on the digital multimeter reaches “330 V”.
9)
When the adjustment is completed, click the
[Exit]
button to go back the adjustment menu.
10) Click the
[Exit]
button to terminate the adjustment menu.
11) Click the
[End]
button to terminate the flash adjustment program.
12) Perform the “5-4. FULL-CHARGE VOLTAGE/STOP CHARGE VOLTAGE CHECK”.
