Troubleshooting

If the speaker system does not work properly, handle it in the following order.

1. Search for the cause and solution of the issue by referring to these Help Guide or Operating Instructions.

The troubleshooting method is listed in “Troubleshooting.”

2. Search for the cause and solution of the issue on the Sony support site.
