ALARM ON/OFF: by activating this mode the recorder
immediately after recording or playing back a
previously recorded message, that message can be
set to play automatically on the pre-set date and time.
BEEP ON/OFF: turns ON or turns OFF the Beep tone which is
heard each time a function button is pressed. This confirms
that the function has been activated. Sometimes the
user might turn off the Beep tone in order to make the
recording process silent and not disturb others.
