MUTE button

Press to switch microphone MUTE on and off.

Cycle through the sidetone volume settings (high,
medium, off) by holding down the MUTE button.
Sidetone is a feature that allows you to hear your
own voice from the headset. The Sidetone volume
is adjusted here, and not on the PS4™ system or
other devices. When MUTE is on, the Sidetone
feature is turned off.
