You can control your “WALKMAN” with
the following buttons on the remote or
unit.

Notes
When connecting or disconnecting the
“WALKMAN,” handle the “WALKMAN” in
the same angle as that of the connector of
the WM-PORT and do not twist or sway the
“WALKMAN” to prevent connector damage.
Do not carry the unit with a “WALKMAN”
set on the connector of the WM-PORT.
Doing so may cause a malfunction.
When connecting or disconnecting the
“WALKMAN,” brace the unit with one hand
and take care not to press the controls of the
“WALKMAN” by mistake.
The WM-PORT on the unit is designed for
“WALKMAN” models only. You cannot
connect any other portable audio players.
When operating a “WALKMAN” with the
Bluetooth function, be sure to turn off the
Bluetooth function before use.
If you encounter problems (e.g., there is
no sound), disconnect and reconnect the
“WALKMAN.”
While using a “WALKMAN” with this
system, no sound is output from the
headphones jack of the “WALKMAN.”
If you use a “WALKMAN” with a built-in
FM tuner, you may not be able to hear the
FM broadcast, or reception may be lowered.
To change volume level, use /

The volume level does not change even if
adjusted on the “WALKMAN.”
Make sure to stop the playback before
disconnecting the “WALKMAN” from the
unit.
On this system, playback is guaranteed
only for audio files created with the “Media
Manager for WALKMAN” software.
This system does not necessarily support
all the functions provided by the connected
“WALKMAN.”
