You can make a program of up to 25 steps from
all the discs in the order you want to play them.
You can synchro record the programed tracks
onto a cassette tape (page 18).
Use buttons on the remote for the operation.

Press CD (or FUNCTION on the unit
repeatedly) until “CD” appears.

Press PLAY MODE in stop mode
repeatedly until “PGM” appears.

Press D. SKIP repeatedly (or DISC 1 – 5
on the unit) to select a disc.

Other operations
Selecting a track by entering the
track number
You can also select the track you want using the
remote. Press the numeric button(s) instead of
performing steps 4 and 5.
Note
When an 8 cm disc is loaded in the system, it is
impossible to select another disc to create a program.
Tips
• The program you made remains after Program Play
finishes. To play the same program again, press CD
(or FUNCTION on the unit repeatedly) until “CD”
appears, then press
N
(or CD
N
on the unit). If,
however, you eject a disc that is used in the program,
then the tracks from that disc are cleared from the
program.
• “– –.– –” appears when the total VIDEO CD/CD
program time exceeds 100 minutes, or when you
select a VIDEO CD/CD track whose number is 21 or
over, or when you select an MP3 audio track.
