Caution
If you do not place the brackets as shown above, the screw
heads may obstruct to install the rail guide.
Assemble the Rail Guides

Loosen the provided hexagonal nuts of the each rail
guide (

), align the rail guides so as they are as far
back as possible (

), and then tighten the nuts
temporary.
Tighten the nuts temporary at this step as you will
fasten them later. The each rail includes the four
hexagonal nuts.

Using two of the provided screws you set aside from
the slide rail brackets in the previous step, tighten the
right front rail guide temporary to the rack. Then
tighten the left front rail guide in the same way.
Using the upper and lower long hole to tighten the rail
guide temporary as you will fasten them later.

Using two of the provided screws, fasten the right rear
rail guide temporary to the rack. Then fasten the left
rear rail guide in the same way.

Ensure that you assembled the left and right rail
guides parallel to each other and the distance between
each outer side of the guides keep a guideline
measurement as 447mm. Then you fasten eight of the
provided screws you temporary fastened in the step 2
and 3.

Adjust the position of the rails and fasten eight of the
provided hexagonal nuts you temporary fastened in
the step 1.
Slide the Tray
Gripping the tray from the front, insert and slide the tray
along the inside of the rails until the front flanges of the
tray stop the tray.
Slide the tray in and out several times to check for smooth
operation.
Caution
If you do not slide the tray back until the front flanges of
the tray stop the tray, the Auto Changer may fall out of the
rack when you install it.
