Before attaching BKPF-L632 to a interface unit
Set the setting switch (S3 on the main board).
(Refer to next page for switch.)
Attaching BKPF-L632
BKPF-L632 is designed to be installed and operated in the
interface unit PFV-L1 or PFV-L10.
In accordance with Section 1-6 in the installation manual
of PFV-L1/L10, be sure to attaching the main board and
connector panel of BKPF-L632.
Matching connector/cable
When external cables are connected to the connectors on
the connector panel, the hardware listed below (or equiva-
lents) must be used.
Matching connector: BNC 75

Recommendable cable: Belden 8281 coaxial cable

CH1 SDI IN (CH1 serial digital signal input)

Accept a 4:2:2 component serial digital video signal.

CH1 SDI Active-through output connector
Outputs the signal supplied to the CH1 SDI IN
connector after its waveform has been shaped.

CH1 VIDEO OUT (CH1 video signal output)
connectors
Output analog video signal converted from the signal
supplied to the CH1 SDI IN connector.
The three connectors output the same signal.

CH2 SDI IN (CH2 serial digital signal input)
connector
Accept a 4:2:2 component serial digital video signal.

CH2 SDI Active-through output connector
Outputs the signal supplied to the CH2 SDI IN
connector after its waveform has been shaped.

CH2 VIDEO OUT (CH2 video signal output)

Output analog video signal converted from the signal
supplied to the CH2 SDI IN connector.
The three connectors output the same signal.
